The first step is for Stephen to get to know your project. He will visit your site, discuss your personal style, and go over your budget and timeline. After this initial meeting, you will have additional opportunities to provide feedback as your design evolves.
Plan.
Once Stephen has completed your design, he will submit his drawings to the designated planning authorities for approval. Living on-island allows him to communicate directly with the relevant officials and facilitate each step in this technical process.
Build.
Once your design is approved, Stephen will coordinate with contractors and suppliers for all aspects of your home’s construction. He will closely monitor each step of the build to make certain your home realizes its full potential and is completed in a timely manner.
